اتهم ناطق المقاومة الجنوبية في كرش أطرافاً في المقاومة بمنطقة المغنية جنوب القبيطة شمال محافظة لحج بالتخاذل وترك المواقع لمليشيا الحوثي
وقال قائد نصر الردفاني لعكاظ  حصل تخاذل من قبل بعض المقاومين في منطقة المغنية من ابناء المنطقة، وتركوا المواقع الأمامية للمليشيات."
وأضاف " لاباس في ذلك فالعدو يحاول تخفيف الضغط الكبير الذي تتعرض له مليشياتهم في جبهة نهم صنعاء والانهيارات هناك. "
وكانت مليشيا الحوثي قد تمكنت من السيطرة على منطقة المغنية جنوب القبيطة  قبل نحو ساعة بعد اشتباكات عنيفة مع المقاومة ، وبذلك سيطرت المليشيا على الطريق إلى جبل الخضر والياس والذي يبعد عن قاعدة العند خمسة كيلو مترات فقط ..
