اكدت قناة الميادين  إن المملكة العربية السعودية تقدمت بورقة للمبعوث الأممي إلى اليمن إسماعيل ولد الشيخ بشأن حل الأزمة اليمنية. ونقلت عن مصادر دبلوماسية غربية، أن العرض السعودي مكون من قسمين، الاول منه يوقع في الكويت والثاني يوقع في مكة المكرمة.

وبحسب القناة، فإن الجزء الثاني يتضمن الوقف الكامل والشامل لكل الاعمال القتالية، وتكوين لجان عسكرية متفق عليها، وتحديد منطقة (أ) تتكون من صنعاء، تعز الحديدة لكي يتم تسليم السلاح فيها. وتتضمن الخطة السعودية الاتفاق على إطلاق سراح جميع السجناء والمعتقلين والاسرى بمن فيهم المذكورون في القرار القرار 2216، وفتح كل الممرات لإيصال المساعدات الانسانية بما في ذلك تسهيل مرور البواخر التجارية والمواد الاساسية.

أما اتفاق مكة فينص على تعيين نائب للرئيس متوافق عليه يتسلم كل صلاحيات هادي وفقا لما حصل بالمبادرة الخليجية الأولى، ويعين نائب الرئيس اليمني الجديد رئيسا للوزراء متوافق عليه، وتوكل إليه تشكيل حكومة وحدة وطنية في فترة لا تتجاوز 30 يوما بعد تسليم السلاح في المنطقة "أ"، وتشكيل لجنة دولية من الاعضاء الدائمين في مجلس الأمن ودول مجلس التعاون لضمان تنفيذ الاتفاق والاشراف عليه. ونقلت القناة عن المصادر الدبلوماسية الغربية تأكيدهم أن وفد الحوثيين رفض العرض السعودي مشددا على ضرورة التوصل لاتفاق شامل دون تجزئة، وشدد على ان يكون توقيع الاتفاق الشامل والكامل في الكويت وأن يتضمن الاتفاق رفع اليمن من تحت الفصل السابع ورفع العقوبات عنه..

اصدر وزراء خارجية خارجية امريكا وبريطانيا والسعودية والامارات بيانا مساء أمس بشأن الأزمة اليمنية طالبوا فيها الاطراف اليمنية الى التوصل الى اتفاق من خلال مشاورات الكويت.

وبحث الوزراء تسلسل اتفاق محتمل، وأكدوا على أن الحل الناجح يشمل ترتيبات تتطلب انسحاب الجماعات المسلحة من العاصمة ومناطق أخرى، واتفاق سياسي يتيح استئناف عملية انتقال سياسي سلمية وتشمل الجميع ".

وضم الاحتماع الذي عقد في العاصمة البريطانيه لندن، وزير الخارجية السعودي، عادل الجبير، ونظيره الأميركي، جون كيري، والبريطاني، بوريس جونسون، والإماراتي، عبدالله بن زايد.

وجاء هذا الاجتماع بالتزامن مع تزايد التعقيدات التي تواجه مشاورات السلام المنعقدة برعاية الأمم المتحدة في الكويت.

و اتفق الوزراء بحسب البيان على ضرورة ألا يهدد الصراع في اليمن دول الجوار، والتأكيد على تشكيل حكومة ممثلة للجميع معتبرين ذلك هو السبيل الوحيد لمكافحة جماعات إرهابية كالقاعدة وداعش بفعالية، ومعالجة الأزمة الإنسانية والاقتصادية بنجاح.

- كما دعا الوزراء إلى الإفراج غير المشروط والفوري عن جميع السجناء السياسيين.

و اتفق الوزراء على البقاء على اتصال وثيق في الأسابيع المقبلة دعما للجهود بقيادة الأمم المتحدة لأجل التوصل لاتفا ".

 أعلنت وزارة العمل والتنمية الاجتماعية مساء اليوم الأربعاء عن إتاحة خدمة # أجير_الزائرين التي تسمح بإصدار تصاريح مؤقتة للعمل بشكل نظامي.
 حيث ذكرت في تغريدة عبر حسابها في موقع التواصل الاجتماعي "تويتر": "حرصا من الوزارة على تيسير أوضاع الأشقاء اليمنيين، فقد أتاحت خدمة # أجير_الزائرين التي تسمح بإصدار تصاريح مؤقتة للعمل بشكل نظامي".
 وقد أكدت وزارة العمل والتنمية الاجتماعية، أن "أجير الزائرين"، هو خدمة إلكترونية تسمح للأشقاء السوريين واليمنيين، بالعمل في المملكة بشكل نظامي.
 وقالت الوزارة، إن إشعار "الزائرين"، هو وثيقة قانونية تسمح للزائرين بالعمل لدى الجهة أو الفرد المستفيد من خدماتهم، دون الحاجة إلى نقل الخدمات، حسب المدة المحددة في الإشعار.
 وأضافت أن خدمة "أجير الزائرين"، هدفها الرئيسي إتاحة الفرصة للأشقاء اليمنيين الذين يقيمون في المملكة بصورة غير نظامية قبل تاريخ 20/6/1436 ه (بعد تصحيح أوضاعهم)، والسوريين المتواجدين في المملكة بطريقة نظامية (بغض النظر عن تاريخ دخولهم)، بالعمل بشكل نظامي، وفق أنظمة العمل السعودية.
 وتوفر خدمة "أجير"، للأشقاء السوريين واليمنيين، رخص العمل المؤقتة لستة أشهر، قابلة للتجديد.

كشفت مصادر سعودية عن بدء تنفيذ توجيهات عليا سابقة، تقضي بنزوح قرى حدودية في منطقة جازان؛ وذلك لوقوعها ضمن حرم الحدود "الجبلي"، وبعضها محاذية لقرى يمنية. فيما شهدت قرى في محافظة العارضة نقل عفش بعض المواطنين، وإخلاء منازلهم في تلك القرى. ولا تزال تتواصل عمليات النزوح منذ صباح اليوم.   وقالت مصادر بحسب "سبق" إن حرس الحدود أبلغ المواطنين في تلك المواطن بأنه يتوجب عليهم النزوح خلال المدة المحددة، وفقًا لتوجيهات عليا سابقة. فيما أشارت المصادر إلى أنه سيتسلم المستفيدون مبالغ مالية من أجل توفير الاحتياجات، وتجهيز مأوى لهم للنزوح.   وأشارت المصادر إلى أنه تقرر عدم السماح لأي مواطن بالدخول لتلك المناطق عدا السكان المحليين من أجل نقل منازلهم وذويهم من القرى، مؤكدة أن ذلك جاء بعدما درست لجان مختصة موضوع القرى الحدودية، وأقرت نزوح عدد من القرى في وقت عاجل سابقًا، فيما استُؤنفت عملية النزوح مجددًا اليوم وفقًا لتوجيهات طالبت بتنفيذ قرار النزوح.   وعلى جانب آخر، عمل حرس الحدود بمنطقة جازان "شبكًا" أسفل قرى جبل آل يحيى في محافظة الداير بني مالك، وما زالت معاناة السكان بسببه مستمرة من جراء موضوع حرم الحدود، بعدما تبين من مخاطبات سابقة أن جزءًا كبيرًا من الجبل خارج حرم الحدود، إلا أن السكان فوجئوا بعمل الشبك، وإدخال الجبل داخل الحرم، وحرمانهم من الخدمات.

أعادت السفارة اليمنية بالمملكة العربية السعودية جواز سفر المواطن اليمني «هشام النهاري» بعد احتجازه في السفارة لأيام.
وقال النهاري على صفحته الشخصية بموقع التواصل الإجتماعي «فيسبوك»: تم اليوم مقابلة السفير علي محمد العياشي وتوضيح اللبس الحاصل الذي طلبته في الفيديو... وتم تسليمي جوازي من سعادته شخصياً. وأضاف النهاري: شكراً لسعادة السفير لتعاون وحسن الإستقابل الذي وجدته منه. واحتجز عاملون في القنصلية اليمنية بجدة٬ الأحد٬ جواز سفر النهاري٬ وقال هشام إن أحد العاملين في القنصلية أكد له أن جوازه محتجز لأنه نشر فيديو ينتقد فيه العاملين في القنصلية قبل أيام. وكان النهاري٬ استغرب قيام القنصلية بتحصيل مبالغ إضافية مقابل إتمام بعض المعاملات للمقيمين اليمنيين دون سندات رسمية تثبت استلامها٬ وهو الأمر الذي دفعه للاحتجاج عبر صفحته بموقع
«فيسبوك» بواسطة فيديو يحتسب المبالغ التي يتم تحصيلها دون سندات رسمية.

قال محمد عبدالسلام المتحدث باسم جماعة الحوثي المسلحة رئيس وفدها المشترك مع حزب صالح في المشاورات السلام اليمنية، إنهم لن يقبلوا حل سياسي يتضمن وجود عبد ربه منصور هادي ؛ زاعماً أن المشاورات اليمنية في الكويت عادت إلى ما قبل نقطة الصفر.
وهدد عبدالسلام في لقاء مع تلفزيون الميادين، مساء اليوم الثلاثاء،  إنه في حال حدث تصعيد عسكري في اليمن سيتقدمون إلى ما بعد “جيزان” السعودية.
كما رفض سحب السلاح من جماعته بالقول: “السلاح الثقيل يجب أن يكون في يد الدولة فقط ولن نسمح بكلمة انسحاب وهذا الأمر محسوم لدينا”. وقال إن الانسحاب يعني لهم “تطهيراً عرقياً”.

وحول المشاورات اليمنية التي تُدار في الكويت قال عبدالسلام إن “مفاوضات الكويت عادت إلى ما قبل نقطة الصفر..وهذا غير مقبول من جانبنا”.

وشدد عبدالسلام على ضرورة “الحل المتزامن”، وهاجم موقف المبعوث الأممي والحكومة اليمنية وقال إنها “تشكل انقلابا خطيرا”. وقال إن: “المبعوث الدولي ينفذ مطالب السعودية بشان المحادثات وبات يطالب بغير ما اتفق عليه”.

وزعم إن ما وصفه الطرف الأخر- في إشارة إلى الحكومة اليمنية- “يبتز المجتمع الدولي تحت عنوان القرار 2216 ويحاولون تحقيق ما عجزوه عنه بالقوة العسكرية عبر الحل السياسي”. مضيفاً: “الترتيبات الخاصة بتنفيذ القرار 2216 تتطلب اطارا سياسيا بالتوافق”.

وقال إن: “نتيجة المشاورات أكدت أنه لا يوجد لدى الطرف الاخر إتجاه نحو السلام والأمن”. مضيفاً إن: “حوارنا لم يكن مع وفد الرياض بل مع المجتمع الدولي؛ ومن يضع وقتاً محدداً للحوار هو يريد فعلياً إفشاله”

واشترط لإيقاف قصف المواقع ‏السعودية مقابل وقف الغارات السعودية على ‏اليمن، زاعماً إن “السعودية عبر المبعوث الأممي شكت سقوط 98 عنصرا لها في الحدود خلال فترة التهدئة السابقة”. في ذات الوقت قال: “لا مانع لدينا أن يكون للسعودية دور مرتبط بالأمن”.
ورداً على الاتهامات لجماعته بالتنازل للسعودية بالذهاب إلى “ظهران” الجنوب، وقال إنه ليس تنازلاً، “تفاهمات ظهران واضحة ولا تنازلات فيها والدليل أن الأعمال العسكرية مستمرة يومياً على الحدود”. مضيفاً: ” اللجنة التي ذهبت إلى ظهران الجنوب ضمت 15 شخصاً بين عقيد وعميد”.

وأوضح عبدالسلام إن ذهابه إلى السعودية كان بأمر من زعيم الجماعة: “السيد عبدالملك بدرالدين الحوثي أرسلني إلى السعودية بغية تخفيف الاحتقان ووقف النزاع”.

وعن اتفاق تبادل الأسرى كشف عبدالسلام إلى أن ما قال إنه: “رفض الطرف السعودي اخلاء السفير احمد علي عبد الله صالح هو ما عرقل اتفاق تبادل الاسرى”. وهاجم السعودية بالقول إنها “تريد أن ينفذ الطرف الآخر ما اتُفق عليه في وقت لا تلتزم بالاتفاقات”.
وقال عبدالسلام: “لا بد من ان يكون هناك اتفاق شامل ولا نقبل بأي تدخل سعودي في محادثاتنا في الكويت.

ووجه الفريق الركن علي محسن رئيس مجلس الوزراء الدكتور أحمد عبيد بن دغر بسرعة تشكيل لجنة لحل مشكلة جرحى تعز عبر وزارة الصحة العامة والسكان والجهات المختصة، وذلك وفقا للتوجيهات الصادرة من فخامة رئيس الجمهورية.

كما بحث نائب الرئيس مع رئيس الوزراء الآليات المناسبة لعلاج جرحى أبطال الجيش والمقاومة الشعبية..مشيدا بصمود وتضحيات رجال وأحرار تعز المقاومين لمليشيات الموت والقتل والدمار الانقلابية التي ارتكبت شتى الجرائم والانتهاكات بحق أبناء تعز الصامدة وبحق كافة أبناء الوطن.

وأكد على اهتمام القيادة السياسية بقيادة فخامة الرئيس عبدربه منصور هادي رئيس الجمهورية بمحافظة تعز ومقاومتها وجرحاها وأسر الشهداء..مشيرا الى أنهم يحتلون الأولوية في اهتمامات القيادة السياسية والحكومة الشرعية.

وجدد نائب رئيس الجمهورية دعم ومساندة واهتمام الجميع بتعز العز والصمود وكل الأبطال الأشاوس المقاومين لهمجية الانقلاب.

من جهته أكد رئيس مجلس الوزراء بأنه سيوجه بشكل عاجل الجهات المختصة بسرعة تنفيذ توجيهات رئيس الجمهورية المتعلقة بالجرحى .. معربا عن شكره لفخامة الرئيس ونائبه على اهتمامهم المتواصل برجال وأبطال الجيش الوطني والمقاومة الشعبية الأحرار الذين لم يتوانوا للحظة واحدة في مواجهة الميليشيا الانقلابية التي حولت تعز إلى سجن كبير وقتلت وجرحت الابرياء، وهدمت ودمرت البنى التحتية ومنازل المدنيين فيها وفي غيرها من محافظات الوطن.

وفي التفاصيل، أكد الناطق باسم مقاومة صنعاء الشيخ عبدالله الشندقي، لـ لموقع «الإمارات اليوم»، إن الخيار العسكري بات الخيار الوحيد لإنهاء الانقلاب وإعادة الشرعية إلى اليمن في ظل استمرار تعثر مشاورات الكويت نتيجة تعنت ومراوغة الانقلابيين.

وأشار الشندقي إلى أن المعارك في جبهات نهم ومأرب والجوف دخلت مرحلة الحسم العسكري، وبدأت عمليات واسعة ضد الميليشيات بهدف تطويقها والانتقال إلى مربعات عسكرية جديدة باتجاه معاقل الانقلابيين في صنعاء وصعدة وعمران.

وأكد وصول تعزيزات عسكرية نوعية إلى جبهات نهم الجمعة الماضية، قادمة من محافظة مأرب، بينها أسلحة تدخل المعركة لأول مرة، لافتاً إلى أن المعارك المرتقبة ستكون وفق خطة عسكرية محكمة أعدت سلفاً، وتم مناقشتها مع الحكومة الشرعية وقيادة التحالف، وتم إقرارها والعمل بها في جميع الجبهات من دون استثناء، من صنعاء إلى تعز إلى البيضاء والجوف ومأرب وحجة وشبوة.

في وكالة الأنباء الرسمية القطرية فإن علي محسن الأحمر هو الرئيس اليمني؟   كان لافتاً في خبر وكالة الأنباء القطرية المعنون بـ"الرئيس اليمني يلتقي رئيسة بعثة الاتحاد الأوروبي لدى بلاده"، (مرفق صورة من خبر الوكالة ) ويتحدث عن لقاء هادي، برئيسة بعثة الاتحاد الأوروبي لدى اليمن، بتينا موشايت، إرفاق الوكالة صورة تجمع علي محسن الأحمر بتينا موشايت، بطريقة أوحت من خلالها أن علي محسن هو الرئيس وأن قطر تتعامل معه كرئيس فعلي لليمن.   بالرغم من أن احتمال الخطأ الفني أمر وارد، إلا أنه من الصعب القبول بارتكاب موقع بحجم وإمكانات الوكالة القطرية لمثل هذا الخطأ(!!)   إضافة إلى ذلك جاء الخبر ـ حينذاك ـ في وقت تعاني فيه مفاوضات الكويت تعثراً جراء الخلاف في قضية مؤسسة الرئاسة، ما أظهره كرسالة ضمنية تؤكد التمسك بمحسن كبديل لهادي في أي تسوية مقبلة..

أعلنت جهات مختصة عن أوامر جديدة صدرت من جانب سمو الملك خادم الحرمين الشريفيين، تلك التي تتعلق بالعفو الصادر ضد الموقوفين من المصريين وذلك على ذمة قضايا ببصمة الحج.
فقد نقلت الصحف السعودية والمصريين ذلك الخبر الصار عن خادم الحرمين الشريفيين، والمتعلق بمنح المصريين الموقوفين بالمملكة وذلك لإتهامهم  بمخالفة قواعدالحج والعمرة.
كما أوضح البيان بكون تلك الفترة القادمة سوف تشهد انفراجة كبيرة في تلك الأزمة التي عرفت ببصمة الحج، والتي صدرت أوامر من السلطات السعودية بشأنها ، وتعلقت بإطلاق سراح كافة الموقوفين على ذمة تلك القضايا.
وأضاف مصدر أمني أن القرار الصادي من شأنه أن يعمل على الإفراج على كافة المصريين والزائرين هؤلاء الموقوفين بتهمة مخالفة قواعد الحج والعمرة، كما انه من المتوقع أيضا أن تلقي الجوازات  طلبات تجديد للإقامة لهؤلاء الذين سقطت إقامتهم خلال الفترة القادمة.

افتتح القنصل اليمني عميد السلك الدبلوماسي والقنصلي بمدينة جدة السفير علي العياشي مركز إعادة الأمل لإصدار جوازات السفر لحاملي هوية زائر. وأوضح العياشي لوكالة الأنباء اليمنية "سبأ" أن هذه الخطوة تمثل المرحلة الثانية من متطلبات تصحيح أوضاع اليمنيين من حاملي هوية زائر إنفاذاً للأمر الملكي لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز, تلبية لطلب الرئيس عبدربه منصور هادي رئيس الجمهورية. وأكد أن هذا الإنجاز يُعّد أحد ثمار الجهود التي يبذلها رئيس الجمهورية واهتمامه بتحسين أوضاع اليمنيين في الداخل والخارج وفي إطار توجيهات فخامته بإصدار جوازات السفر للمواطنين , وقرار رئيس الوزراء بتشكيل اللجنة العليا للجوازات برئاسة نائب رئيس الوزراء وزير الخارجية عبدالملك المخلافي وعضوية نائب رئيس الوزراء وزير الداخلية, ووزير شئون المغتربين ورئيس مصلحة الهجرة والجوازات ووكيل وزارة الخارجية للشئون المالية والإدارية. ونوه السفير العياشي بمستوى التعاون الذي تقدمه السلطات السعودية المختصة بما في ذلك الترتيبات لإصدار الإقامات النظامية لحاملي هوية زائر.. مشيرا إلى أنه جرى تنظيم حجز مواعيد استقبال المراجعين للحصول على الجوازات عن طريق الحاسوب الآلي وموقع القنصلية العامة. ولفت إلى أنه لن يتم إستقبال المعاملات بالطرق التقليدية وأن هذه العملية ستستمر حتى يحصل جميع حاملي هوية زائر على الجوازات والإقامات النظامية.

وفي تغريدة على صفحتع الرسمية قال خاشقجي ان بن بريك يعطي السلفية اسما سيئا في عدن.
وتاتي تصريحات خاشقجي بعد ما قام مسلحو " الحزام الامني " بالتهجم على قيادات المقاومة الشعبية في تعز امس الاحد.

وقال المصدر " تم استدعاء قادة الألويه وقادة الجبهات وقادة المحاور الى عدن يوم أمس لمقابلة رئيس الوزراء و ذهب الجميع ،بالامس وقابلوا رئيس الوزراء .


وأضافل المصدر " اليوم في مقابلة التحالف طلبوا قادة الألوية فقط ، ورفض الجميع الذهاب لإن ذلك سيخلق خلافاً ميدانياً بين قادة المقاومة في المحافظة وطلبوا تواجد الجميع فسمح التحالف بحضور قادة الجبهات إلى جانب قيادة الجيش فقط ولكن قادة المقاومة اصروا على حضور قادة المحاور الأمر الذي رفضته قيادة التحالف .

وقال المصدر أن قادة المقاومة والجبهات غادروا الاجتماع إلى الفندق قبل أن تصل قوة تابعة للحزام الأمني قبل قليل وتقوم بمحاصرة الفندق مضيفاً بأن قوات الحزام الأمني قامت بإطلاق النار على إطارات الأطقم التابعة لقيادة المقاومة ولاتزال تفرض حصاراً كاملاً حتى اللحظة

وجاء البيان الصادر وبصورة عاجلة ومجلس تنسيق المقاومة بتعز وهو يدين هذا العمل يحمل التحالف والحكومة والسلطة المحلية بعدن سلامة قادة المقاومة والجيش وقيادة المشترك الذين حضروا الى عدن لمناقشة قضية تحرير تعز مع شركاء المعركة
وأشار البيان : الى أنه وبدلا من المضي في مناقشة عملية التحرير يقابلوا بهذه الطريقة الغير مفهومة والمريبة بما يلقي ظلال قاتمة على نوايا البعض ويكشف جوانب تعثر تحرير اليمن بشكل عام وتعز بسكل خاص.
وتوجه بيان المقاومة إلى قيادة دول التحالف والمملكة العربية السعودية التي تقود التحالف الى ضرورة اعادة النظر لمايجري في الميدان وتلافي الاخطاء والخطايا التي تربك عملية التحرير وتودي الى التعثر وخسارة فرص التحرير بمايصاحبها من خسارات في صفوف التحالف ومكاسب مجانية لقوة الانقلاب صادر عن مجلس تنسيق المقاومة الشعبية

كشفت مصادر مقربة من رئيس الوزراء الدكتور احمد عبيد بن دغر لـ المشهد اليمني " عن تدخله بشأن محاصرة واختطاف عدد من قيادات مقاومة تعز، اثناء تواجدهم في عدن (جنوبي اليمن).

وقال المصدر المقرب من رئيس الوزراء انه حل الموضوع بشكل عاجل بعد محاصرتهم اليوم. 

وأضاف المصدر "لـ المشهد اليمني" انه سيتم رد الاعتبار للأبطال قيادات تعز، وسيعقد مجلس الوزراء اجتماعا استثنائيا عاجلا هذا المساء للوقوف على ما حدث وآخر المستجدات في تعز.

وكانت قوات تابعة للحزام الأمني ملثمون حاصروا الفندق الذي ينزل فيه قيادات المقاومة الشعبية والجيش الوطني بعدن واختطفوا قياديين في مقاومة تعز

أطلق المسلحون الحوثيون،اليوم السبت،صاروخاً باليستيا جديداً باتجاه محافظة مأرب النفطية،شرقي اليمن،دون وقوع ضحايا أو إصابات .

وقال مصدر محلي  إن الحوثيين أطلقوا صاروخاً باليستيا باتجاه منطقة الأربعين في آل شبوان التابعة لمديرية الوادي في محافظة مأرب،دون وقوع ضحايا أو إصابات،مشيراً في الوقت ذاته إلى احتراق أماكن خاصة بإيواء الأغنام في المنطقة نفسها.

وأضاف المصدر أن" المنطقة التي أطلق إليها الصاروخ الحوثي يقع بالقرب منها معسكراً لقوات التحالف العربي الذي تقوده السعودية لدعم الشرعية في اليمن،لافتاً إلى أن منظومة الباتريوت التابعة للتحالف نجحت في تغيير مسار الصاروخ".

ويأتي إطلاق الصاروخ رغم الهدنة المستمرة بين أطراف الصراع في اليمن،في ظل اتهامات متكررة للحوثيين بخرق اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار الذي رعته الأمم المتحدة في البلاد وبدأ سريانه في 11 أبريل/نيسان الماضي.
وسبق أن أعلن التحالف العربي مؤخراً اعتراضة لعدة صواريخ باليستية أطلقها الحوثيون على محافظة مأرب،التي تعد بمثابة المقر الرئيسي لقيادة قوات الجيش الوطني والمقاومة الشعبية الموالية للحكومة الشرعية ف

قال نائب مدير مصلحة الهجرة والجوازات العقيد نصر فضل محسن الشاوش : بأنه تم إصدار أكثر من الف جواز سفر خلال الأيام الماضية، منذ استقلال المصلحة عن صنعاء.   وأكد الشاوش ان المصلحة التي تم إعادة تأهيلها بدعم من الامارات، حيث تعمل على استصدار الجوازات لعشرات المواطنين الذين يتدفقون يوميا الى المصلحة، كما يتم استخراج جوازات جرحى الحرب مجانا.   وعانى الجرحى والراغبين في السفر من عدم توفر الجوازات نتيجة الأوضاع التي خلفتها الحرب على عدن.

كثير من القيادات الخليجية السياسية والاعلامية والاكاديمية دعت الى ضم اليمن بعضوية كاملة الى دول مجلس التعاون، بل ان المحلل الروسي يفجيني مكاروفيتش قال للقناة الروسية ان دخول اليمن الى دول المجلس ليس فقط مصلحة يمنية وانما هي مصلحة خليجية بالدرجة الأولى ، وهاهي الفرصة المواتية لدخول اليمن بعضوية كاملة بعد اعلان مسئول كبير في سلطنة عمان لاجراء استفتاء شعبي للخروج من دول المجلس.   فقد طالب مسؤول عُماني سابق بعمل استفتاء شعبي لخروج السلطنة من مجلس التعاون الخليجي، وكتب نائب رئيس مجلس الشورى العُماني الأسبق اسحاق سالم السيابي في تغريدة على صفحة وزارة الخارجية العُمانية "أتمنى عمل استفتاء شعبي عماني لخروج السلطنة من مجلس التعاون الخليجي.   وجاء رد السيابي على التغريدة بعد تهنئة الخارجية العُمانية على حسابها الرسمي للاستفتاء الشعبي في بريطانيا للخروج من الاتحاد الاوروبي .    الجدير بالذكر إن سلطنة عُمان هي الدولة الوحيدة التي رفضت مشاركة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي ضمن قوات التحالف العربي الداعم للشرعية في اليمن.
