اكدت قناة الميادين  إن المملكة العربية السعودية تقدمت بورقة للمبعوث الأممي إلى اليمن إسماعيل ولد الشيخ بشأن حل الأزمة اليمنية. ونقلت عن مصادر دبلوماسية غربية، أن العرض السعودي مكون من قسمين، الاول منه يوقع في الكويت والثاني يوقع في مكة المكرمة.

وبحسب القناة، فإن الجزء الثاني يتضمن الوقف الكامل والشامل لكل الاعمال القتالية، وتكوين لجان عسكرية متفق عليها، وتحديد منطقة (أ) تتكون من صنعاء، تعز الحديدة لكي يتم تسليم السلاح فيها. وتتضمن الخطة السعودية الاتفاق على إطلاق سراح جميع السجناء والمعتقلين والاسرى بمن فيهم المذكورون في القرار القرار 2216، وفتح كل الممرات لإيصال المساعدات الانسانية بما في ذلك تسهيل مرور البواخر التجارية والمواد الاساسية.

أما اتفاق مكة فينص على تعيين نائب للرئيس متوافق عليه يتسلم كل صلاحيات هادي وفقا لما حصل بالمبادرة الخليجية الأولى، ويعين نائب الرئيس اليمني الجديد رئيسا للوزراء متوافق عليه، وتوكل إليه تشكيل حكومة وحدة وطنية في فترة لا تتجاوز 30 يوما بعد تسليم السلاح في المنطقة "أ"، وتشكيل لجنة دولية من الاعضاء الدائمين في مجلس الأمن ودول مجلس التعاون لضمان تنفيذ الاتفاق والاشراف عليه. ونقلت القناة عن المصادر الدبلوماسية الغربية تأكيدهم أن وفد الحوثيين رفض العرض السعودي مشددا على ضرورة التوصل لاتفاق شامل دون تجزئة، وشدد على ان يكون توقيع الاتفاق الشامل والكامل في الكويت وأن يتضمن الاتفاق رفع اليمن من تحت الفصل السابع ورفع العقوبات عنه..

وضم الاحتماع الذي عقد في العاصمة البريطانيه لندن، وزير الخارجية السعودي، عادل الجبير، ونظيره الأميركي، جون كيري، والبريطاني، بوريس جونسون، والإماراتي، عبدالله بن زايد.

وجاء هذا الاجتماع بالتزامن مع تزايد التعقيدات التي تواجه مشاورات السلام المنعقدة برعاية الأمم المتحدة في الكويت.

و اتفق الوزراء بحسب البيان على ضرورة ألا يهدد الصراع في اليمن دول الجوار، والتأكيد على تشكيل حكومة ممثلة للجميع معتبرين ذلك هو السبيل الوحيد لمكافحة جماعات إرهابية كالقاعدة وداعش بفعالية، ومعالجة الأزمة الإنسانية والاقتصادية بنجاح.

- كما دعا الوزراء إلى الإفراج غير المشروط والفوري عن جميع السجناء السياسيين.

و اتفق الوزراء على البقاء على اتصال وثيق في الأسابيع المقبلة دعما للجهود بقيادة الأمم المتحدة لأجل التوصل لاتفا ".

 أعلنت وزارة العمل والتنمية الاجتماعية مساء اليوم الأربعاء عن إتاحة خدمة # أجير_الزائرين التي تسمح بإصدار تصاريح مؤقتة للعمل بشكل نظامي.
 حيث ذكرت في تغريدة عبر حسابها في موقع التواصل الاجتماعي "تويتر": "حرصا من الوزارة على تيسير أوضاع الأشقاء اليمنيين، فقد أتاحت خدمة # أجير_الزائرين التي تسمح بإصدار تصاريح مؤقتة للعمل بشكل نظامي".
 وقد أكدت وزارة العمل والتنمية الاجتماعية، أن "أجير الزائرين"، هو خدمة إلكترونية تسمح للأشقاء السوريين واليمنيين، بالعمل في المملكة بشكل نظامي.
 وقالت الوزارة، إن إشعار "الزائرين"، هو وثيقة قانونية تسمح للزائرين بالعمل لدى الجهة أو الفرد المستفيد من خدماتهم، دون الحاجة إلى نقل الخدمات، حسب المدة المحددة في الإشعار.
 وأضافت أن خدمة "أجير الزائرين"، هدفها الرئيسي إتاحة الفرصة للأشقاء اليمنيين الذين يقيمون في المملكة بصورة غير نظامية قبل تاريخ 20/6/1436 ه (بعد تصحيح أوضاعهم)، والسوريين المتواجدين في المملكة بطريقة نظامية (بغض النظر عن تاريخ دخولهم)، بالعمل بشكل نظامي، وفق أنظمة العمل السعودية.
 وتوفر خدمة "أجير"، للأشقاء السوريين واليمنيين، رخص العمل المؤقتة لستة أشهر، قابلة للتجديد.

صرح مصدر عسكري قبل قليل عن استعادة قوات الجيش الوطني والمقاومة الشعبية جمرك " حرض القديم " بعد معارك عنيفة ضد مليشيات الحوثي والمخلوع صالح .

وقال المصدر ان قوات الجيش تتوغل باتجاه المدينة مع فرار لمليشيات الحوثي والمخلوع صالح التي تحاول التمركز في بنايات مرتفعة في المدينة .

وانطلقت فجر اليوم عملية عسكرية واسعة بمشاركة طيران التحالف العربي تهدف إلى استعادة مدينة حرض من قبضة المليشيات .

صرح البنك الدولي عن منح اليمن، 50 مليون دولار لمساعدة الأسر والمجتمعات المحلية المتضررة من الحرب المتصاعدة منذ أكثر من عام.

وقال البنك في بلاغ صحفي إن "مجلس المديرين التنفيذيين في البنك الدولي، وافق على منحة طارئة بقيمة 50 مليون دولار لمساعدة الأسر والمجتمعات المحلية الأكثر تضررا من الأزمة الحالية في اليمن".

وذكر البنك أن "هذه المنحة ضمن استراتيجية جديدة للبنك بشأن اليمن أقرها مجلس المديرين التنفيذيين، تركز على تعزيز قدرة اليمن على الصمود من خلال الحفاظ على قدراته الوطنية على تقديم الخدمات في الوقت الذي يستعد فيه للتعافي بعد انتهاء الأزمة".

وتعتمد الآلية الجديدة للبنك في اليمن خلال الـ24 شهرا القادمة، والموضحة في مذكرة المشاركة معه، على الاستراتيجية الإقليمية للبنك الدولي في التصدي لآثار الأزمات وأسبابها، وتشجيع الاستقرار باعتباره شرطا ضروريا للتعافي وإعادة الإعمار، وفقا للبلاغ.

وأشار البنك إلى أنه يهدف إلى "العمل مع الشركاء على الأرض في اليمن للحفاظ على تقديم الخدمات الأساسية التي يعتمد عليها ملايين اليمنيين"، وذلك من خلال ضمان قدرة المؤسسات التي تقدم هذه الخدمات على الصمود خلال هذه الفترة الصعبة.

و قال أسعد علم، مدير مكتب مصر واليمن وجيبوتي بالبنك الدولي "تسعى مجموعة البنك إلى إيجاد طرق جديدة لدعم اليمنيين خلال هذه الأزمة المستمرة، وذلك بالشراكة مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي".

وأضاف "المشروع الذي تم إقراره اليوم سيدعم المؤسسات المحلية ويستفيد منه ما يزيد عن 60 ألف أسرة يمنية، كما سيتمكن نحو 380 ألف يمني في المناطق المتأثرة بالنزاعات من الحصول على الخدمات الأساسية، كالمياه والطرق، وثلث من يستفيدون من هذه الخدمات هم من فئة النساء والشباب".

ومنذ مطلع العام 2015، حوّل البنك الدولي مشاريعه وبرامجه في اليمن، للمنظمات التابعة للأمم المتحدة وهي من تقوم بتنفيذها.

ولا يُعرف إن كانت مشاريع البنك الجديدة، ستنفذ في المناطق الخاضغة لسيطرة "الحوثيين" والقوات الموالية للرئيس السابق علي عبدالله صالح فقط، أم أنها ستمتد إلى المناطق الخاضعة للحكومة الشرعية، وخصوصا جنوب وشرقي البلاد.

وفي فبراير 2015، أعلن البنك الدولي تعليق عملياته في اليمن بسبب تدهور الأوضاع الأمنية، وعدم وجود حكومة في العاصمة صنعاء التي سيطر عليها "الحوثيون" أواخر العام 2014.

وتعهد البنك حينذاك، بمواصلة دعمه لليمن، في تلبية الاحتياجات العاجلة للسكان، وقال إنه سيستأنف نشاطه "حالما تسمح الظروف وتتهيأ البيئة الملائمة للعمل".

And Asad Alam, director of Egypt, Yemen and Djibouti Office of the World Bank's "Bank Group seeks to find new ways to support the Yemenis during this ongoing crisis, in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme."

"The project, which was approved today will support local institutions and benefit from more than 60 thousand Yemeni family, as will about 380 thousand Yemeni in conflict-affected areas of access to basic services such as water, roads, and a third of those who benefit from these services are women and young people ".

إزدادت حدة التوتر بين مليشيا الحوثي وأتباع المخلوع  صالح في العاصمة صنعاء وذلك بعد نقد أحد ضيوف قناة اليمن اليوم التابعة لصالح قيادات حوثية عليا كادت ان تكون سببا في إقفال القناة.

وقالت مصادر خاصة ان توتر كبير حدث بين مليشيا الحوثي وأتباع المخلوع صالح بعد مهاجمة المحامي  نزيه العماد أحد قيادات حزب صالح الناطق الرسمي باسم الحوثيين محمد عبد السلام في برنامج وجهة نظر الذي يبث على قناة اليمن اليوم.
وهاجم العماد محمد عبد السلام بسبب إتفاقية ظهران الجنوب بين مليشيا الحوثيين والسعودية وقال ان الإتفاق الذي وقعه عبدالسلام قضى بموافقتهم على تدخل السعودية بشؤون اليمن الأمر الذي أثار غضب الحوثيين وحاولوا إقتحام القناة واقفالها .

وتعليقا على إتهام العماد قال القيادي الحوثي حسين العزي في منشور على صفحته بفيسبوك ان حزب المخلوع صالح أساءوا الى الحد الذي يوجب الإعتذار.
وهدد العزي اتباع صالح قائلا ”عليهم أن يدركوا بأننا لن نسمح من اليوم وصاعداً بأي تتطاول جديد .. نعم بإمكان الانسان أن يتكلم بمايريد فحرية التعبير مكفولة ،، لكن أن يصل الامر الى حد الكذب والافتراء فهذه جناية وفوضى لايمكن لعاقل أن يسمح لها بالإستمرار ، ومن. تغلبه شيم العفو فهذا لايعني أنه لايستطيع العقاب ، لذلك نقول لهذا البعض المسيء قبل أي مزايدة على الفاضي عليكم أولا أن تتوجهوا الى حيث تتطاير هامات الرجال دفاعاً عن الوطن فهناك ستعرفون حجمكم الحقيقي .
وقال نبيل الصوفي معد البرنامج ان التوتر تم احتواؤه بعد تدخل قيادات من حزب المخلوع صالح ومليشيا الحوثي افضى الى إلتزام القناة باستضافة أحد قيادات الحوثي للرد على إتهامات العماد.
